Once you confirm your purchase, you will get an introductory email and a project manager will be assigned to your account. He/she will then discuss with you to understand the general direction of your business and customise the work to your expectations. You will need to prepare the following in return:
- A description or screen recording of the current manual process
- Access to the tools being connected (we guide you through safe, least-privilege access)
- One point of contact for questions during the build
- Any templates or documents the workflow should use
- Your expectations from the automation and how you would like exceptions handled
Timeline: Single Workflow, 2 weeks · Multi-Workflow, 3 to 4 weeks · Complex Integration, 4 to 6 weeks, counted from access being granted.
