After that we draft the library and playbook, send you a working version for feedback, and refine it based on your notes before final delivery. Most clients treat the final handover as a short training session as well, where we walk your team through how to use the playbook day to day, answer questions, and show a few live examples of the prompts in action so everyone leaves comfortable using it immediately.
This is a one time fee of S$650, billed in full at the point of purchase, with no recurring charges attached to this package.
Delivery typically takes 2 to 3 weeks from your discovery session, depending on how many workflows and departments are included.
Once you confirm your purchase, you will get an introductory email and a project manager will be assigned to your account. He/She will then schedule your discovery session to understand your team's workflows and customize the library and playbook to your expectations. You will need to prepare the following in return:
- A list of the departments or roles you want covered in the playbook
- The recurring tasks each department handles that you would like prompts built for
- Examples of past work, such as emails, social posts or reports, that reflect your preferred tone
- Any brand or tone guidelines you already have in writing
- Which AI tools your team currently has access to (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini, or a mix)
- Availability for a short team training session once the playbook is finalised
