Once you confirm your purchase, you will get an introductory email and an account manager will be assigned to your account. He/she will then discuss with you to understand the general direction of your business and customise the content to your expectations. You will need to prepare the following in return:
- Logo (PNG or PSD) and brand colours or guidelines if available
- Access to your social accounts (or we create them, admin access stays with you)
- A short description of your business, offers and target audience
- Product photos where available (we can generate supporting visuals)
- Anything worth announcing: promotions, launches, events
- Your expectations from the accounts and how you would like them managed
Timeline: your first month's content calendar is presented for approval within 7 business days of onboarding.
