- In depth research and analysis of your business, market and competitors around your chosen focus areas
- 3 virtual working sessions with our team (90 minutes each), held weekly
- A written action plan with your top priorities in order, plus the steps, owners and timelines for each
- Notes and next steps sent after every session
- WhatsApp or email support between sessions, with replies within 1 working day
- A final review with recommendations on what to tackle next

Timeline
All sessions are completed within 5 weeks of the discovery session. Sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice. Unused sessions expire 8 weeks after purchase.

If your plan calls for a system, tool, website, app, CRM or automation, our team can build it for you. Builds are quoted and billed separately, and Starter clients get 10% off any build quoted during their engagement.
Once you confirm your purchase, you'll get an introductory email and a lead consultant will be assigned to you to schedule your discovery session. Please prepare the following:
- A short brief on your business: what you do, who your customers are, and your team size
- The 1 or 2 problems you most want solved
- Key numbers where relevant, such as monthly revenue, leads, conversion rates and headcount (shared in confidence)
- Access to any tools or systems we'll be reviewing, such as your CRM, spreadsheets or booking system
- The decision maker present at every session
- Your availability for the discovery session and 3 weekly sessions
