Hosting, domain and platform subscriptions (e.g. Shopify) are billed directly to you by the providers at cost, you own everything. Full admin access stays with you, even if we stop working together.
Once you confirm your purchase, you will get an introductory email and a project manager will be assigned to your account. He/she will then discuss with you to understand the general direction of your business and customise the work to your expectations. You will need to prepare the following in return:
- Business name and tagline
- Logo (PNG or PSD) and any brand guidelines or preferred colours
- General information such as: your services/products and prices, a small description of your business, contact options (email, phone, WhatsApp, address), opening hours where applicable
- Text and photos you already have, we will professionally fill any gaps
- Examples of 2–3 websites you like (and anything you dislike)
- Domain access, or we register one on your behalf (billed at cost)
- For Corporate: product list with prices, product photos, and your payment/shipping preferences
- Your expectations from the website and how you would like enquiries handled
- Timely feedback at the review rounds, this keeps your timeline on track
- Any other additional information that will help us build the website to your expectations
