Shipping policy

Inncelerator's services are digital deliverables. There is no physical shipping.

We do not sell or ship physical goods. Every service on this site (websites, automations, AI agents, content, ad campaigns, reports, dashboards and similar) is delivered electronically, and each product page states its own Timeline for delivery once we have received the materials or access we need from you.

How deliverables are provided
Depending on the service, deliverables are provided by one or more of the following: email, a shared drive or file link, direct publishing to your website or store, direct configuration of your existing accounts (for example your ad accounts, analytics, or social platforms), or access to a hosted dashboard or workspace built for you.

Delivery timelines
Each product page states an estimated Timeline. Timelines are counted from the point we receive everything we need from you (completed intake, access, materials, or approvals), not from the date of purchase. If your response is delayed, your delivery date moves accordingly.

Notification and retrieval
We will notify you by email once a deliverable or milestone is ready. For file-based deliverables, please retrieve and back up your files within 30 days of notification, as shared links may expire after this period. We are not responsible for content that becomes inaccessible because a shared link expired after this window.

Access and ownership after delivery
Once a one-time project is delivered and paid in full, you retain full access to what was built for you (for example, admin access to a website or dashboard), subject to the terms of the relevant product and our Terms of Service. For monthly retainer services, deliverables and access are provided for as long as the retainer is active.

Physical items
If a specific engagement genuinely requires something to be physically shipped (for example printed signage as part of a marketing campaign), this will be scoped, quoted, and agreed with you separately before any physical shipping occurs.
