- Contact options for the channel: email, phone number and address or location (where applicable)
- Any other details you want shown on your YouTube page
Videos and assets
- The videos you want us to post, in their final edited form
- Chapter timestamps or a list of key moments, if you want chapters added
- Company logo (PNG or PSD)
- Brand colours or brand guidelines, if you have them
Direction
- Target keywords or topics you want your videos found for
- Any competitor or reference channels you like
- Your expectations from the account and how you'd like it managed
- One contact person who can approve titles, thumbnails and posts
Good to know
- Billing: a monthly charge, billed every 30 days.
- One channel: there is only 1 channel creation per account. The rest of the services are as listed above.
- You supply the videos: we don't create videos under this service. Need videos made? Look at our Custom Video Creation service.
- Your channel stays yours: admin access remains with you after the engagement.
- After you buy: you get an introductory email and a project manager is assigned to your account to understand the direction of your business and tailor the work.

Will you make the videos for us?
No. This service covers uploading and managing videos you supply. If you need videos made, look at our Custom Video Creation service.
Do we keep ownership of the channel?
Yes. Admin access remains with you, even after you stop working with us.
